Courtney Jones and his wife, Layla Jones are the visionaries of Freedom Impact Ministries (FIM). FIM was launched on 31st December, 2024 at an old year's service, in Tortola, British Virgin Islands.

This dynamic duo is widely regarded as a power couple, known not only for their anointing but also for their deep passion for changing lives. As visionaries, they recognize that ministry extends far beyond the walls of a building. Responding to God's call, they are committed to reaching new heights and depths, awakening this generation and equipping the next to encounter the power of God.

Courtney has a unique way of delivering the Word that feels like a personal wake-up call. Spend five minuted with Courtney, and it's clear he doesn't do anything halfway. His enthusiasm is infectious, and his leadership inspires action. He often declares, "We're not staying in the shallow waters; we're diving into the deep where the big blessings are!" and he lives by those words.

Layla, on the other hand, ministers with profound wisdom, grace, and the ability to speak life into any situation. Her words resonate deeply, as if she's spent the morning in intimate conversation with the Holy Spirit. Her voice has the power to uplift, inspire, and move mountains.

Together, they embody what it means to serve God with boldness and humility.

Courtney and Layla are deeply passionate about business and entrepreneurship, guided by the biblical principle, "What do you have in your house?" Courtney believes that within us lie the resources and innovative ideas capable of changing nations. Layla, on the other hand, brings exceptional administrative and design skills, adding creativity and her unique touch to everything she undertakes.

They enjoy spending time together, at local staycations, and traveling to nearby islands. In 2024, they celebrated 20 years of marriage, yet their bond exudes the freshness of newlyweds, a testament to their commitment to keeping their relationship vibrant. They also prioritize quality time with their children, ensuring a strong, loving family foundation.

Through the scriptures in John 21:6 and Luke 5:4-7 God has showed us how to use the net to preach the gospel of Jesus.

Luke 5:4-7

4 When He had stopped speaking, He said to Simon, “Launch out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch.”

5 But Simon answered and said to Him, “Master, we have toiled all night and caught nothing; nevertheless at Your word I will let down the net.” And when they had done this, they caught a great number of fish, and their net was breaking.

6 So they signaled to their partners in the other boat to come and help them. And they came and filled both the boats, so that they began to sink.
